Change, It starts with me Changes are taking place on all levels from simple to complex. Some changes, we can manage, but realistically, most are in our control. We can lead a change and make our world a better place if we start with ourselves. Learning to become a better leader will enable me to contribute more not just for my family and community, but also for myself. By changing myself, I will have a greater and more positive impact on my own world-- the one in which I really live. I know I'm just a simple person, but I have my own ways to create a solution for an absolute change.

ICT: TREASURE ICT is a part of my life as a student. And in this subject, I get to know more what is all about the use of photoshop. I've understand well how this works and play in our society. And the most important is that, I learned how important the existence of this product of technology is.                     During the discussions, not just like from the past quarters, I had really no problem in getting familiar to those information which is included in the lesson. In order to get through it, I participated and listened well. At home, I reviewed and refreshed all that was included in the discussion.          In this subject, I am just that 'go in the flow' one. This quarter, I was so comfortable about the topics, and I learned how to love it more. I just thought of it being a challenge for me. I just thought of how fun this subject is and not how hard it is.           ...

My dream, My future                     I'll Be Each day, I always think about what will I be soon in the near future. A person sitting in a comfortable chair, which is busy facing the screen of computer, above of a wide table full of papers. I already imagined myself working, working to earn money, working to earn for my needs and wants. This dream encourages me to study hard in the present. To be better, to learn and discover new things that will surely help me to achieve it. Someday, I will live up to my dreams in order to succeed. I'll be what I want to.

High School Day            Soar High, ISNHS! High School Day Celebration. Every years, Ilocos Sur National High School celebrates this annual event that every student participates and enjoys. It is two-day celebration wherein different activities are done to celebrate this foundation day of Ilocos Sur National High School. Coronation is a part of event, wherein students which are chosen are honoured by that day. There is also the parade of all the different grade levels in their corresponding costumes and with their creative props for the awaiting Field Demonstration, which is the higlight of the event. The celebration ends with acknowledgement of all the participants of the said event and extending the gratitude to the persons who made it possible.

Kannawidan              Hail Ilocos Sur! Kannawidan. One word but has a lot of definitions. It is an Ilocano term which means feast of rich heritage and culture. The old and the new in Ilocano culture are are both featured in this year's Kannawidan Ilocos Festival. This festival celebrates its being a separate and a treasure chest of traditions and culture. It is held on last week of January up to the First week of February. Included in the course of events is the commemoration of fhe foundation day of the province. The Kannawidan showcases the deep-rooted culture of the townsfolk. It is a way of showing and sharing the treasure behind the province to the whole world, to shout out how amazing the province is.

Vigan City Fiesta                   Viva Vigan The Fiesta of Vigan City is celebrated in honour of St. Paul, the Apostle, the patron saint of the city, on 25th day of January, every year. Locals and tourists come and gather to experience and watch the amazing street dancing, carnivals, different food fairs and arts & crafts which add to the attraction of Vigan, the UNESCO World Heritage City. It is held not just to have fun or enjoy but to bring into life the colorful culture of the beloved city. It is held not just to experience the vibe of street dancing and carnivals but to learn more about what Vigan really means. It is not just a simple celebration nor a big party, it is a special event held for everyone in order to feel the true essence of being a Bigueño. Come and visit Vigan City if you want to experience an unforgettable feeling. Learn and discover the real beauty of the UNESCO World Heritage City.

New Year, New Me              Version 2.0 New year is a day when almost all of the people around the world construct promises which are also known as resolutions. Some of these are not accomplished, but for me, there is no impossible if you really want a thing. I have my own resolutions. I will be better in school in terms of academic performance. To perform and excel in recitation and discussion in order to get higher grades. I'll be organized when it comes to my stuffs specially to my writing materials. I also want to learn and discover new in any matter, I will surely love it. One of my resolutions which is a challenging one for me is that to eat healthy foods, in order to have a healthy and fit body. In order to attain my resolutions, I will make a change in each day of my life. Good manners build our personality, and these changes will enhance who I am. A MEANINGFUL EVENT      A season, an event when we celebrate the birth of our Christ, the King. Jesus is the real reason for this significant season. It is not just a good time for merry making. It is more than what you think. Christmas is defined as spirit of love, a time when the love of our saviour should prevail over all despise and bitterness. It is a time when our deepest thoughts and deeds and also the spirit of our own lives manifest the holy presence of God.      It is a true vision of doing everything with a constructive and positive mindset. 

      Stop it Before it's Too Late      As life continue to grow and and expand with outstanding attainment. Each year passes by and there are a lot of issues to face. Some are small, and some are not. And violence against women and children is one.      Violence is one of the threats that women and children are afraid and worried of. It is continuously spreading among the society and is really a hard problem to be solved. Many women and children suffer from pain, it could be in physical or mental, without knowing how to stop and get help from others. The society is blind from these cases. The victims get no care but pressure. The victims feel afraid not loved.       But after all, they're still living and fighting, until now.       They are the cream of the crop and they don't deserve the endless pain and fear. Without them, the world is incomplete. 

MAKE A CHANGE The real definition of environmental awareness is to fully understand the fragility of our own environment and the importance of its protection from any kind of harm. By promoting environmental awareness, it will be an easy way to become a certified environmental steward and join in creating and making a brighter future for our beloved children. Environmental awareness is also an integral part of the success of movement. By simply teaching our friends and family memers that the environment is fragile, indispensable and dying, we can begin fixing the problems that threaten it. A lot of resources are available in promoting environmental awareness; learning formed into groups (in or outside of the classroom), informational, advocating and inspirational seminars, and environmental books, journal and brochures are just a few within the plenty ways, of the tools that can get not just me but all of us involved in promoting the environment. CREAM OF THE CROP Chidren. One word but plays a big role in our society. They fill the pale world with their unending happiness with some cup of laugh. They color the dark world with their sweetest smile that everybody will want to see. One word but gives us a countless definition within it.  Children's month is celebrated obviously specially for beloved children. Making them happy and seeing them that they do, is such a uneding joy for us. Just a simple joke can make them laugh because appreciation is already in their heart. This month of theirs are not just a simple event that in every year it arises. It is a way of telling everyone how important the existence of these children is. It is a way of showing how lucky we are by having these angels loving with us on the planet Earth. THE REAL DEFINITION The system of Filipino value comes out from our own culture or way of dealing with the flow of life, our extraordinary way of becoming such a human in this particular setting and time. We speak about the Filipino values in a fourfold sense.          First, although the humankind which is us, shares comprehensive human values, it is totally obvious that certain values take on for us an originally flavor of Filipino. Second is, when we talk about Filipino values, we don't mean that the Filipino values' elements aren't present in the value systems of other peoples and cultures.           Third, an example of Filipino value or disvalue does not exist alone, such as in isolation. Angels in Disguise         Every single one of us has to deal and communicate with teachers at some point in our life. From the start, when we were just that so clueless and unprepared children, we were been carried over from our parents to a good example of angel, the teachers.        They play multiple roles that extend beyond the classroom. They expand their knowledge onto us, the students, to ensure that we'll learn a lot from them. They can be defined as those who always push students to do their best while at the same time trying to make learning more interesting and fun as well as creative.  Teachers have a huge responsibility that we students may not understand. COMPETE WITH A HEART       INTRAMURALS. One word. But pulls many students to join into it.        During this event, you'll see the school as a busy one. But the real thing is, every student enjoys how this event goes on.           A lot of players are involve in the Intramurals. They are maybe players of Basketball, Volleyball, Sepak Takraw, Badminton or Chess. Every sport has its own spot in school. Every sport has its official who will take charge of. The tournament will focus by grade levels. The championship will be given to the best grade level in every sport.            Booths are also present. Every club has its own booth to facilitate of. Science: More than of What You Expect             Science Month Celebration--- a fantastic one.           One of the highlights of the celebration is the Ginoo at Bb. Kalikasan pageant wherein beautiful and handsome students with brains are present. They are given the chance to showcase how beautiful and handsome they are, inside and out. They are given the chance to show their love in nature by their talents--which are connected to Mother Earth.             Other activity is the Himig Kalikasan wherein different teams or groups are composed by students who are good in singing and playing instruments, in short, those who are good in performing on stage. Song which is connected to nature is sang by each group. And that makes the activity colorful.             Other activities are battle of bottles...

Learning: A Beautiful Journey   Some say that studying is kinda boring. But they're wrong.         'Happy Schools Movement'. Three words with a lot of things which can give to us, students in line with learning---not just a simple getting of new information and knowledge, but a process that has the essence of happiness.         This makes learning more interesting and fun. This makes learning more comfortable for the students to handle.            'Happy Schools Movement' aims to show us how fun and exciting learning is. It aims to show us the importance of learning. It makes us think of what is the purpose why we are continously studying. And these reasons make the 'Happy Schools Movement' efficient to every student.             It aims to show us how beautiful the journey of learning is.    

Vigan City Solidarity: Source of Happiness         Vigan City Solidarity is one of the best event I've encountered. It's not just simply a small happening wherein there are activities which are being done.       'Sabayang Pagbigkas' is one of the activities which is held during the Solidarity. Students who are excellent and fluent in speaking are the ones who are participating.            'Folk Dance' is one of the higlights of this event. Students who are in love with dancing surely suit this activity.      One of the best part of the Solidarity is the Zarzuela. You'll get the fun you want. It will surely leave you with joy and contentment, and you'll not regret of giving your attention and time into this event.             Solidarity. A word which I define as fun. It's just a word, but has a huge and great impact for everyone.

Speak as a Filipino       We, the Filipinos, have our own language. But the question is, do we really use and love it?             The "Buwan ng Wika" is celebrated in honor of our own language. It is a way of making our language alive and be known well by all Filipinos.        In our beloved school, this event is made possible which is handled by rhe Filipino teachers and Filipino club officers. The Filipino club, with the guidance of the club adviser, organizes different activities, contests and programs which is connected to the said event, that suit the interest of students. Some of these are essay writing, OPM singing contest and spoken poetry.
